Randolph Popp Architect was hired to design and gain approval for a new multi-level home in San Carlos. Taking advantage of the site's far-reaching view of the Bay Area, the 4,649 SF house is designed to accommodate a multi-generational family. The home includes
4 bedrooms/3 baths/2 half-baths plus a 1 bedroom/1 bath attached ADU. With a contemporary and crisp design for the exterior and an open-plan interior, the modern layout provides flexibility for entertaining and family activities. Construction start June 2023 with completion anticipated by April 2024
