Restaurant Ettan

After a fire gutted the space, a complete renovation was undertaken to reimagine the downtown Palo Alto location for a new restaurant. In collaboration with Thomas Schoos Design and the founder/owner Ayesha Thapar, Randolph Popp Architect coordinated systems, structural improvements, food-service design, and approvals/construction for this award-winning space.
